Yermak's defense announced preparations for bail payment and appeal of the court decision

The defense team of Andriy Yermak is working on posting a bail of 140 million hryvnias and is preparing an appeal against the court's decision. This was reported to a UNN journalist by Ihor Fomin, the lawyer for the former Head of the Office of the President.

At the same time, he noted that if the bail is not posted in the near future, Andriy Yermak will remain in custody.

"Well, they will keep him in custody, what else can be done,"

Meanwhile, People's Deputy of Ukraine Yaroslav Zheleznyak reported that, according to his information, the bail for the former Head of the OP might be posted today.
