US President Donald Trump's Special Envoy Steve Witkoff went to Russia to meet with dictator Vladimir Putin. The media reported that this would be Witkoff's third meeting with Putin, against the backdrop of Trump insisting on a ceasefire in the war between Russia and Ukraine.
