According to him, "we are at a turning point in the war, and the pressure on Moscow is growing."
Ukraine is holding the front line, and Russia's human resources are no longer a decisive advantage
In his conviction, to achieve peace, it is necessary to focus on three critical elements: diplomacy, pressure, and strength.
We need a new push in our peace efforts, while simultaneously strengthening our special long-term sanctions and other levers of influence
He informed the allies about the growing threats from Belarus and called for appropriate actions, deterrence, and steps to prevent the expansion of aggression by Moscow and Minsk.
"Ukraine is no longer just asking for donations; we are a security contributor, a donor, and a partner ready to share our experience with allies. Increasing defense spending is a guarantee of peace, and I urge every NATO member to contribute to Ukraine's defense. These investments will yield the greatest dividend for our peaceful life," the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry assured.
