Ukrzaliznytsia: online sales system restored in backup format, possible interruptions
Kyiv • UNN
The Ukrzaliznytsia online ticket sales system has been restored for purchasing new tickets and returning them. Temporary technical interruptions are possible due to peak loads.

The online sales system of Ukrzaliznytsia (UZ) has been restored in a backup format for purchasing new train tickets and returning them. This is reported by the carrier's Telegram channel, informs UNN.
Details
Ukrzaliznytsia clarified that since the system is currently experiencing peak loads, temporary technical disruptions in operation are possible.
Therefore, we ask passengers to use the application only in cases of urgent travel
UZ also draws attention to the fact that the archives of tickets purchased earlier are not available in the application: tickets remain valid, their PDF duplicates can be found in the e-mail specified in the passenger's account. You should also check the "spam" folder, because tickets could have "fallen" there.
To board the train, you can also use screenshots of tickets from the application, and if there are no both ticket options, just show the payment receipt for tickets from the banking application at the boarding
They also reported that you can return previously purchased tickets in the application and refund the money for the auto-purchase through the form at the link on the main page of the application.
Recall
After four days on Thursday, online ticket sales were restored. Specialists of Ukrzaliznytsia worked on restoring the site and application after the largest cyber attack on the carrier's digital systems.
