Ukrzaliznytsia has started selling train tickets at suburban ticket offices due to a cyberattack. For the convenience of passengers, the working hours of some ticket offices have been extended and additional ticket clerks have been involved.

Ukrzaliznytsia has started selling tickets for long-distance trains at a number of suburban ticket offices. The working hours of these ticket offices have also been extended. This was reported by the company's press service, writes UNN.
So, while Ukrzaliznytsia is eliminating the consequences of the cyberattack and it is not possible to buy tickets online, residents of Kyiv and the Kyiv region do not need to go to large stations to buy a ticket
Ticket offices at the stations are open 24 hours a day:
- Kalynivka;
- Boryspil;
- Brovary;
- Vydubychi;
- Yagotyn;
- Baryshivka;
- Berezan;
- Hnivan.
Extended working hours:
Boyarka, Brivky, Chororudka, Zviahel – until 21:00
In addition, cashiers from suburban stations were involved to strengthen the work of long-distance ticket offices.
