Ukraine's defense forces struck a parking lot of military fuel tankers in temporarily occupied Luhansk on the night of July 23. As a result of the attack, the equipment that was supposed to supply Russian units in the Donetsk direction was unable to proceed to its destination. This was reported by the partisan movement "ATESH," according to UNN.

According to the movement, information about the consequences of the strike was provided by an "ATESH" agent from the ranks of the Russian armed forces.
As noted by "ATESH," at the time of the strike, there were 5 military fuel tankers in the Leninsky district of Luhansk. They were awaiting dispatch to supply the 15th separate motorized rifle brigade of the Russian Federation, which operates in the Donetsk direction.
The movement stated that as a result of the strike, the fuel tankers were unable to proceed to their destination, leaving the Russian unit without necessary supplies.
"ATESH" also reported that their agent network continues to track the movement, concentrations, and parking locations of Russian military equipment, despite the occupiers' attempts to conceal it from reconnaissance.
