Russian air defense units in Crimea and the Kherson region have experienced a fuel shortage, leading to refueling limits. Crews go on missions with nearly empty tanks, abandoning equipment when fuel is lacking.

In Russian air defense units in temporarily occupied Crimea and the Kherson region, a serious fuel shortage has arisen, prompting the command to impose strict limits on refueling equipment. This was reported by the partisan movement "ATESH," writes UNN.

According to movement agents, the restrictions apply to mobile fire groups and air defense units involved in countering Ukrainian drones.
Fuel is given out by the teaspoon. The vehicle can only be started for a combat mission. The rest of the time, the equipment stands idle. If fuel runs out on the way, you simply abandon the vehicle and run to the nearest trench or village to wait out the drones
According to the movement, fuel problems have been recorded in the 1096th Anti-Aircraft Missile Regiment of the 22nd Army Corps of the Russian Federation and mobile fire groups in the Chongar area, as well as in air defense and UAV units of the 49th Combined Arms Army of the Russian Federation in the occupied part of the Kherson region.
As ATESH agents claim, due to the fuel shortage, crews often go on missions with nearly empty tanks. If fuel runs out on the way, the military abandon their equipment and proceed on foot. According to the movement, such cases have already been recorded on the highway between Henichesk and Skadovsk, where abandoned vehicles remain in open terrain until they are detected by Ukrainian drones.
