"Ukraine has received a $1.35 billion grant from the United States. We direct these funds to priority humanitarian and social programs," said Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.
The U.S. government provided funding through the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) in coordination with the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the U.S. Department of State.
"We are grateful to our American partners for this support. Our Government continues to work with our allies to mobilize the necessary financial resources this year and next year," said Shmyhal.
