Ukraine is ready to support the security of Romania, which has been consistently helping us defend against Russian strikes for five years now. This was stated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy after a conversation with the President of Romania, adding that "our military has been in contact since the night, and we have now discussed further cooperation at the level of our teams," UNN reports.

I spoke with Nicușor Dan – the President of Romania. On behalf of all Ukrainians, I expressed support for Romania and wished a speedy recovery to those injured by the overnight Russian drone strike on a residential building in Galați. It is important that there is a principled, prompt, and strong reaction from Romania to what happened 

According to him, Ukraine is ready to support the security of Romania, which has been consistently helping us defend against Russian strikes for five years now.

Our military has been in contact since the night, and we have now discussed further cooperation at the level of our teams. We will remain in constant communication with Romania and will continue to work together to protect lives from all potential Russian threats
