"When you miss Tishchenko so much that even the way from home to court becomes the most important sensation in the country. Thank you for not forgetting," Tyshchenko wrote on Telegram.

His comment came after a photo of Tyshchenko on the street was posted online today after a court left him under round-the-clock house arrest. It was not specified on which street the MP was spotted.

Recall

Yesterday, on November 12, the Kyiv Court of Appeal upheld the round-the-clock house arrest of MP Mykola Tyshchenko. However, according to the court's decision, he may be released in case of medical care or the need to ensure personal safety during martial law by staying in protective structures in case of air alert.

In June, Tyshchenko was served with a notice of suspicion over the unlawful deprivation of liberty of a former serviceman in Dnipro.

On June 25, Kyiv's Pechersk District Court placed MP Mykola Tyshchenko, who was served with a notice of suspicion by the State Bureau of Investigation over the illegal detention of a former soldier in Dnipro, under round-the-clock house arrest with an electronic bracelet. The court then extended the measure of restraint.
