The situation on the Eastern Front is complicated: Syrskyi and Umerov visit positions of brigades on the front line

Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi and Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov visited the frontline positions on the Eastern Front, where the situation is becoming more complicated due to the threat of an enemy offensive, and made the necessary decisions to strengthen reserves, ammunition and electronic warfare equipment to ensure the sustainability of defense in this area.
Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi and Defense Minister Rustem Umerov visited the positions of the Defense Forces on the Eastern Front. The Commander-in-Chief said this on his Facebook page, UNN reports.

Syrsky said that today he arrived in the area of operation in the direction of the enemy's active operations. There, the commander-in-chief worked in two brigades, where the situation is gradually becoming more complicated and there is a threat of enemy units advancing deeper into our combat formations.
According to him, after a detailed analysis and assessment of the situation, together with the commanders and staff officers, all the necessary decisions were made to reinforce the above military units with reserves, ammunition, and electronic warfare equipment, which will further ensure the stability of our defense in this area of the front
In general, the operational situation on the Eastern Front remains difficult. The enemy continues to conduct offensive actions, concentrating its main efforts in the areas of Terny, Ivanivske, Berdychi, Tonenke, Verbove and Robotyne.
At the same time, presumably due to the high level of losses, the enemy's activity in other parts of the frontline has significantly decreased.
The Commander-in-Chief explained that this happened due to timely managerial decisions to strengthen the defense of this section of the front, timely replacement of units that lost their combat capability, as well as due to the courage and resilience of our soldiers
Syrsky emphasized that during two weeks of fierce fighting, the enemy suffered extremely high losses. However, all the settlements he tried to capture remained under our control
Together with the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, we presented state and departmental awards to our servicemen who distinguished themselves in battles with the Russian aggressor. At the same time, there are still enough issues that need to be addressed on the ground, so we continue our work
