Draft law No. 13614 proposes to increase the voluntary payment period to 15 days. The time for transferring the resolution to compulsory enforcement will increase to 3 months.
The Law Enforcement Committee recommended that Verkhovna Rada deputies adopt draft law No. 13614 on amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses as a basis. This was reported by the VRU apparatus following the committee meeting, writes UNN.

As noted, the corresponding initiative is aimed at increasing the effectiveness of enforcing fines for violations in the field of road safety, recorded automatically, by increasing the terms of their payment and compulsory enforcement, which currently amount to 10 and 30 days, respectively.
The changes are intended to reduce the number of appeals.
This refers to extending the deadlines for voluntary payment and transferring resolutions for compulsory enforcement. Currently, they are 10 and 30 days, and it is planned to be 15 days and 3 months, respectively.
