The Ministry of Defense explained the new procedure for verifying data for deferment for parents of children with disabilities

The Ministry of Defense has introduced a new procedure for verifying data for the automatic extension of deferment for parents of children with disabilities under 18. The system now cross-checks information against the latest issued birth certificate and data from state registers.
For parents of children with disabilities under 18, the procedure for verifying data, on which the automatic extension of deferment from mobilization depends, has been changed. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, writes UNN.

From now on, the system checks information about the child based on the data of the last issued birth certificate. The Ministry of Defense explains that this allows for more accurate verification of information with state registers.
If the child has a taxpayer registration card number (RNOCPP), it can also be used for verification.
All information is verified against the data of the State Register of Civil Status Acts of Citizens.
If the deferment has not been extended automatically, the Ministry of Defense advises first to check whether the data about the child and their birth certificate are entered correctly.
For successful verification, the Unified Information System of the Social Sphere (UISSS) must contain exactly the last issued birth certificate — the one entered into the DRACS and displayed in the "Diia" application.
You can check this in "Diia": open the "Documents" section, find the child's birth record, go to "Full Information" and make sure that the certificate with the latest issue date is displayed.
The Ministry of Defense draws attention: you need to check exactly the birth record, not just the electronic copy of the certificate.
If the birth record is not displayed in "Diia", you should contact the DRACS authority to verify and enter the necessary information. The reason may be missing or incorrect data, including full name, date of birth, or RNOCPP.
You can find out which certificate is entered into the UISSS at the social protection authority or at a branch of the Pension Fund of Ukraine — in person or via a hotline.
If necessary, the Pension Fund can also update the child's personal data and information about their disability.
After making changes, the user can resubmit a request for deferment through the "Reserve+" application. To do this, you need to open the "Services" section, select the deferment application, specify the basis "presence of a child with a disability under 18 years", check the data and send the request.
The Ministry of Defense reminded that currently over 90% of deferments are extended automatically. If the basis for the deferment remains and is confirmed by state registers, there is no need to resubmit documents.
