Yesterday, the enemy launched two missile and 99 air strikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements, involved three missiles and dropped 169 KABs. In addition, he carried out more than 5,200 shellings, 124 of them from rocket salvo fire systems, and used 2,223 kamikaze drones for strikes.
"Over the past day, missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces hit two areas of concentration of personnel and another important object of the Russian invaders," the statement said.
Situation by directions
In the Kharkiv direction, our troops stopped seven enemy attacks in the area of Vovchansk.
In the Kupyansk direction, nine attacks by the occupiers took place last day. The Defense Forces repelled the enemy's assault actions towards Pishchane, Nova Kruglyakivka, Petropavlivka and near Zahryzovo, Stepova Novoselivka.
In the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked 26 times. He tried to advance near Nadiya, Dibrova, Kolodyazy, in the directions of Novy, Serebryanka, Torske, Zelena Dolyna and Novomykhailivka.
In the Siversky direction, the enemy attacked the positions of our defenders near Ivano-Daryivka and Bilohorivka three times.
In the Kramatorsk direction, seven combat clashes were recorded in the area of Chasovoy Yar and in the direction of Predtechino.
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy carried out 19 attacks in the areas of Toretsk and Shcherbynivka.
In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders stopped 79 offensive actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Panteleimonivka, Oleksandropol, Yelyzavetivka, Lysivka, Kalynove, Udachne, Zelene, Shevchenko, Kotlyne, Serhiivka, Novosergiyivka, Novoolesandiivka, Uspenivka, Kotlyarivka, Bogdanivka, Andriivka, Oleksiivka and in the directions of Troitsky and Gorikhovo.
In the Novopavlivka direction, the Defense Forces stopped 12 attacks on the positions of our troops near Kostyantynopol, Burlatsky, Dniproenerhii and in the direction of Rozliv.
In the Huliaipilsky direction, the invaders carried out ten attacks near Novoselka, Privilny and in the direction of Vilny Pole and Novopol.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy attacked the positions of our defenders nine times near the settlements of Mali Shcherbaki, Lobkove, Shcherbaki, Kamyanske and Novodanylivka.
In the Prydniprovsky direction, the aggressor carried out one offensive action, without success.
In the Volyn and Polisky directions, no signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected.
"In the operational zone in the Kursk region, units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine stopped 27 attacks by Russian invaders over the past day. In addition, the enemy launched 37 air strikes using 36 guided bombs, and also carried out 266 artillery shellings of the positions of our troops and settlements, including eight from rocket salvo fire systems," the statement said.
