The Defense Forces of Ukraine struck the "Priorytet" plant, which is a strategic oil depot of the Russian Federal Agency for State Reserves in Udmurtia. Strikes were also carried out on warehouses in Crimea and the Luhansk region.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the strike on the "Priority" plant, which functions as a large oil depot, in Udmurtia over 1,300 km from the border and enemy warehouses, reports UNN.

"On July 27 and during the night of July 28, 2026, as part of reducing the military-economic potential of the Russian aggressor, units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine struck a number of important enemy facilities," the General Staff stated.

The "Priority" plant, as noted, is part of the state material reserve system of the Russian Federation (Rosrezerv) and is a strategic closed-type facility under paramilitary guard. It functions as a large state-level oil depot — designed for long-term storage of fuel reserves, petroleum products, and lubricants in case of emergencies or military needs.
The facility is located at a distance of over 1,300 km from the Ukrainian border.
The General Staff also noted that "Ukrainian soldiers struck a warehouse of material and technical means and a warehouse of fuel and lubricants in the area of the settlement of Ichki (Autonomous Republic of Crimea)." "Also, a warehouse of enemy unmanned aerial vehicles was struck in the area of Chervonopopivka, Luhansk region," the General Staff's statement reads.
