"War is perhaps the most important driver of progress. This is true, it is the combat conditions that force us to come up with new weapons. Having invented new weapons, we know that we need to invent new applications. And the forms and methods of application are laws and science that necessarily lead to changes in the organization and structure of those performing combat missions," said Zaluzhnyi.
