The SBU intercepted a Russian document denying a UAF attack on a bus in the Bryansk region. The Russian military did not record any drones during the incident.

The Security Service of Ukraine has intercepted an official Russian document that denies Ukraine's involvement in the strike on a bus carrying Belarusian citizens in the Bryansk region of the Russian Federation. This was reported by the SBU press service, according to UNN.
Details
The document in question is an information brief from the monitoring center of the "State Treasury Institution of the Bryansk Region 'Safe Region'". The relevant document was obtained during SBU counterintelligence activities. The summary states that at the time of the bus incident, there were no Ukrainian UAVs in the district's airspace.
In particular, the intercepted brief reports that:
- the so-called "RS OSH ENTS" (Regional Segment of the Operational Headquarters of the Unified National Center) did not record any UAVs in the area of the incident;
- the presence of drones in the airspace was also not confirmed by the duty officer of the radar battalion in the Russian settlement of Suponevo;
- furthermore, the duty officer of the 32nd Division of the occupation forces did not confirm any flights of unmanned aerial vehicles at the relevant time.
Thus, the SBU has grounds to believe that the strike on the bus with citizens of Belarus in the Bryansk region of the RF is a special operation by Russian intelligence services.
We note that the aggressor country has previously repeatedly accused Ukraine of crimes committed by representatives of the RF. The Russian authorities use such cases to conduct their own PSYOPs and to pressure Ukraine on the international stage
At the same time, the SBU emphasized that Ukraine and all the Security and Defense Forces of our state strictly adhere to the laws and customs of war and operate exclusively against legitimate military targets.
