The Unmanned Systems Forces struck 8 tankers of Russia's shadow fleet in the Sea of Azov overnight, which were transporting fuel to Crimea. This was reported by the commander of the USF of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Robert "Madjar" Brovdi, writes UNN.

"The shadow fleet is leaving the chat. 8 tankers of the russian shadow fleet were hunted and smoked out in one night by the pilots of 'Kairos' 414th separate regiment 'Madjar's Birds'. The battle for gasoline for Crimea in the Sea of Azov continues," - wrote Robert "Madjar" Brovdi.

In addition to the fuel tankers, a dry cargo ship and a ferry were also struck. As seen in the video published by "Madjar", the strikes were carried out by attack drones manufactured by the Ukrainian company FirePoint. This is evidenced by the characteristic green heart instead of the crosshair and the company's name.

According to the commander of the USF of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, all tankers have been identified and are under international sanctions. The tankers had a carrying capacity of 7,000 tons each, a length of 140 meters each, and were built between 2006 and 2012:

  • Venera-3
    • Sanar-1
      • Sanar-17
        • Klimena
          • Teti
            • Alexey Savrasov
              • Penelope

                Another tanker - being identified.

"During the night of July 7, in the operational depth of the enemy in the TOT, the forces of the USF Birds effectively engaged 58 legitimate military targets.  The Crimean switch was also blinking its eyes that night - energy hubs were burning along with logistics. More details on that action later," added "Madjar".

                Reminder

The day before, according to "Madjar", fighters of the Unmanned Systems Forces struck two tankers in the Sea of Azov and an oil depot in Kerch. Also, two S-400 'Triumf' air defense systems and a 'Nebo-U' radar were struck.
