According to the investigation, on April 2, around 3:00, Russian servicemen fired on the village of Liptsy.
"Civilian infrastructure came under enemy fire. Residential buildings, outbuildings, shops and warehouses were damaged in the settlement," the prosecutor's office said.
A pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been initiated.
