Russians attack Sumy region 66 times in 24 hours: one person wounded

Russian troops shelled Sumy region 66 times over the past day, wounding one civilian. Criminal proceedings have been opened over the violation of the laws and customs of war.
Over the past 24 hours, on December 4, Russian troops fired 66 times at Sumy region. This is reported by the Main Department of the National Police in Sumy region, UNN reports.

Over the past day, the occupiers fired at the settlements of Sumy region. A total of 66 attacks were registered. One civilian was wounded as a result of the shelling.
Investigators opened criminal proceedings over the incidents under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "Violation of the laws and customs of war".

The Sumy Regional Military Administration said that three border communities were shelled at night. In particular, the Krasnopilska, Seredyno-Budska and Znob-Novhorodska communities were shelled .
According to preliminary information, the enemy fired at the Krasnopilska community with mortars, 5 explosions were heard. Instead, Seredyno-Budska and Znob-Novhorodska communities were subjected to artillery shelling - 2 and 3 explosions were recorded, respectively.
In addition, in the afternoon , one person was wounded as a result of mortar shelling of the Velykopysarivska community.
As a reminder,
Russian troops attacked Kharkiv region with drones, wounding one person and damaging a cultural center and several buildings. More than 20 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire throughout the day.
