Our troops have temporarily withdrawn from Dnipropetrovsk region. Who is to blame for this? The answer is the senseless command of our General Staff and, directly, the "East" Group of Forces. The reasons: all available reserves were transferred to liberate the Donetsk People's Republic. There are no other reserves. The General Staff is to blame for being unable to accumulate and transfer reserves to the "East" Group of Forces due to the decline in the recruitment of new contract soldiers. The "East" Group of Forces is to blame for being unable to switch to defense due to a lack of reserves
