Bulgarian Foreign Minister Stefan Dimitrov said that Russia destabilizes other countries, impedes freedom of navigation and takes the international food security system hostage. He said this during the second Black Sea Security Conference of the International Crimean Platform in Sofia, an UNN correspondent reports .

Russia's aggression has forced us to look at a new dimension of security. The negative impact of Russia's war against Ukraine generates new risks at the national and international level. Their reckless actions in the Black Sea basin and disregard for international law expose our vulnerabilities

- Dimitrov said.

He noted that  Russia is turning its trade and economic  ties into weapons.
