Russia demands that Ukraine arrest the head of the Security Service of Ukraine, Vasyl Malyuk, accusing him of being responsible for terrorist attacks in Russia, including the attack on the Crocus City Hall near Moscow.

The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs demands that Ukraine arrest those responsible for terrorist attacks in Russia. According to a statement by the foreign ministry of the aggressor country, the head of the Security Service of Ukraine, Vasyl Malyuk, is allegedly responsible for the terrorist attack on the Crocus City Hall near Moscow.

The Russian Foreign Ministry has conveyed to the Ukrainian authorities the demands under the International Convention for the Suppression of Terrorist Bombings (ICSBT) and the International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism (ICSFT) for the immediate arrest and extradition of all persons involved in these terrorist attacks.

Shubin, the death of five people as a result of the explosion of the Crimean bridge, and the injury of 42 people in an explosion in a cafe in St. Petersburg. Raids by the terrorist organization "Russian Volunteer Corps" (RVC) were accompanied by killings and injuries of civilians, including children.
