Russian army carried out 133 assaults and launched over 5.6 thousand drones - General Staff

The occupiers launched 50 airstrikes and used 5,645 kamikaze drones against the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The highest intensity of attacks was recorded in the Pokrovsk direction.
In total, 133 combat engagements have taken place since the beginning of this day. The enemy used 5,645 kamikaze drones and carried out 2,380 shellings, UNN reports with reference to the General Staff's summary.
The enemy launched one missile strike, used three missiles, carried out 50 air strikes, and dropped 137 guided aerial bombs. In addition, it used 5,645 kamikaze drones and carried out 2,380 shellings of settlements and positions of our troops.
In the Northern Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, the enemy launched two air strikes, dropped four guided bombs, and carried out 85 shellings of settlements and positions of our troops, two of which involved multiple rocket launcher systems.
In the Southern Slobozhansky direction, the enemy stormed the positions of our units three times in the areas of Starytsia, Vovchansk, and Vovchanski Khutory. One combat engagement is ongoing.
In the Kupyansk direction, our defenders repelled two enemy assaults towards Novoplatonivka.
In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled four attempts by the invaders to advance towards the settlements of Shyikivka, Novosergiyivka, and Lyman. One more combat engagement is ongoing.
In the Sloviansk direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled one enemy attack in the Zakitne area.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy attacked four times in the areas of Minkivka, Nykyforivka, and towards Tykhonivka, Fedorivka.
The defense forces repelled 12 enemy assaults in the Kostiantynivka direction near the settlements of Kostiantynivka, Pleshchiyivka, Sofiyivka, and towards Illinivka, Novopavlivka. One more combat engagement is ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk direction, the enemy carried out 33 attacks. The occupiers tried to advance in the areas of Rodynske, Pokrovsk, Udachne, Hryshyne, Muravka, Novomykolaivka, Molodetske, Filiya, and towards Novooleksandrivka, Nove Shakhove, Shevchenko, Bilytske, Ivanivka. Three combat engagements are still ongoing.
According to preliminary estimates, today in this direction, 62 occupiers were eliminated and 15 were wounded; five units of automotive and seven units of special equipment were destroyed, one self-propelled artillery unit, three artillery systems, one unit of automotive equipment, and 19 shelters for enemy personnel were damaged. 76 unmanned aerial vehicles of various types were destroyed or suppressed.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, the occupiers tried to improve their position seven times, attacking in the areas of Oleksandrivka, Vorone, Ternove, Kalynivske, Zlahoda. The outskirts of Ivanivka and Pidhavrylivka were subjected to an air strike.
In the Huliaipole direction, there were 11 attacks by the occupiers in the area of Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Pryluky, and towards Dobropillia, Huliaipilske, Staroukrainka, Hirke, Tsvitkove. The enemy launched air strikes in the areas of Vozdvyzhivka, Charivne, Kopani.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy launched air strikes on the city of Orikhiv.
In the Prydniprovskyi direction, the enemy carried out five unsuccessful attacks in the direction of the Antonivskyi Bridge.
