Qatar will resume maritime traffic in normal mode from Sunday after temporarily suspending navigation due to the escalation of the situation between the US and Iran. This is reported by CNN, citing Qatar's Ministry of Transport, writes UNN.

The department stated that all maritime transportation in the country's territorial waters will be carried out in normal mode. At the same time, shipowners and crews were urged to comply with current safety rules during navigation.
At the end of June, Qatar temporarily suspended the movement of all vessels in its coastal waters amid the exchange of strikes between the US and Iran.
The Ministry of Transport did not report additional restrictions, noting that maritime traffic will be fully restored from July 26.
