Air defense systems have been placed on special towers around the dictator's Valdai residence. The number of defensive points is only five times less than Moscow's defense.
The residence of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin in Valdai, where, according to media reports, Alina Kabaeva and their sons often stay, has been surrounded by 12 air defense positions. This is reported by UNN with reference to the Russian service of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty.

The media analyzed new satellite images from "Yandex" and photos from the "Yandex.Mirrors" service.
As the media notes, most of the detected air defense positions are "Pantsir" complexes, placed on special towers around the Valdai residence.
Journalists clarified: they began collecting information about the location of towers with "Pantsirs" near Putin's residence at the end of 2024.
Data on these air defense positions were also added to an interactive map created by journalists.
In addition, the media refers to an investigation by the "Proekt" publication from February 2023, which reported on a house specially built for Alina Kabaeva next to Putin's residence in Valdai. According to the investigators, a separate railway line was even laid to this object.
According to Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty's calculations, 12 air defense positions around the residence in Valdai are only five times less than the number of air defense positions that have been identified in Moscow and the Moscow region since 2022 with the help of OSINT enthusiasts. This refers to a region with a population of over 20 million people.
