Disinformation about the elections in Poland is spreading in the English-speaking segment. The NASK disinformation analysis center is monitoring the situation and urges people to check sources.

Recently, disinformation about the presidential elections in Poland has been spreading in the English-speaking segment of the Internet, with attackers impersonating, among others, CNN. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Digitalization of Poland Krzysztof Gawkowski in the social network X, writes UNN.
In recent days, we have noticed disinformation in the English-language infosphere regarding the upcoming presidential elections in Poland. The messages concern, in particular, possible obstruction of the electoral process, the authors impersonate CNN
According to him, the Polish Center for Disinformation Analysis (NASK) is monitoring the case and reporting disinformation.
The Deputy Prime Minister of Poland called on everyone to carefully check sources of information, not to distribute materials from unverified sources and to report examples of disinformation to NASK.
