"Dismiss Andriy Sibiga from the post of Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine," reads Decree 226/2024.

As reported by MP Oleksiy Honcharenko, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has dismissed First Deputy Foreign Minister Mykola Tochytskyi and appointed Andriy Sybiga, who previously served as Deputy Head of the Presidential Office, to replace him.
