According to Putin's aide, Yuri Ushakov, Putin and Orban had a frank conversation on all issues related to Ukraine.
"Everything went well. The prime minister and the president know and trust each other well, so we had a completely frank conversation about all the pressing issues that relate to the Ukrainian crisis," Ushakov commented on the meeting.
He also said that Viktor Orban did not convey any message to Vladimir Putin from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine reacted to the visit of the Hungarian Prime Minister to Moscow, saying that it was carried out without the consent or coordination with Ukraine, and recalled the basic principle of "no agreements on Ukraine without Ukraine.
