It is noted that the facts of issuing passports to pupils of the Melitopol Regional Center for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation were recorded during the monitoring of information resources in the occupied territories.
According to Lubinets, the children were brought to the migration department, which is located in another village, for the purpose of passportization.
This once again shows that every step of the Russian Federation is aimed at re-educating our children and trying to erase their identity
The Ombudsman emphasized that those involved in crimes against children will be brought to justice.
He reminded that the forced handing over of Russian passports is a violation of the principles of Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
