Norway allocates $13.7 million for maintenance of Leopard tanks for Ukraine

Norway will allocate up to NOK 150 million (USD 13.7 million) for the maintenance of Leopard tanks donated to Ukraine in Poland.
Norway will allocate up to 150 million Norwegian kroner ($13.7 million) for the maintenance of Leopard tanks transferred to Ukraine at a maintenance center in Poland. This was reported by the press service of the country's government, according to UNN.
"Taking into account the need for support, repair and maintenance of the donated materials, Norway will allocate up to NOK 150 million for the maintenance of Leopard 2 A4 tanks at a maintenance center in Poland," the Defense Minister said.
Earlier, Norway handed over eight Leopard 2 A4 tanks and support vehicles to Ukraine.
In recent months, Norway has provided Ukraine with about NOK 1 billion (over EUR 84 million) in military aid .
