The Ukrainian Navy reports no Russian ships in the Black and Azov Seas as of October 31. There is one Kalibr carrier ship in the Mediterranean with a stockpile of 8 missiles.
As of the morning of Thursday, October 31, the Russian occupation army does not hold a single ship in the Black and Azov Seas. This was reported by the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, UNN reports.
There are no enemy ships in the Black Sea and no enemy ships in the Sea of Azov,

It is noted that there is one enemy ship in the Mediterranean Sea, which is a carrier of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total volley of up to 8 missiles.
Within 24 hours, the passage through the Kerch Strait was completed in the interests of Russia:
- 7 vessels sailed to the Black Sea, of which 5 continued to the Bosphorus;
- 8 vessels sailed to the Azov Sea, 3 of them from the Bosphorus.
