Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that a date has been set for Israeli troops to enter the city of Rafah in the Gaza Strip as part of a military operation against Hamas aimed at achieving a complete victory, freeing hostages and depriving Hamas of control over Gaza.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that "there is a date" for IDF troops to enter Rafah. He reiterated in a video statement that there is no victory without an operation in the southern city, UNN reports with reference to the Times of Israel.
Netanyahu also emphasized that he had received detailed information about the talks in Cairo.
"We are constantly working to achieve our goals," Netanyahu said, "first and foremost, to free all our hostages and achieve a complete victory over Hamas.
