The National Anti-Corruption Bureau is studying the issue of the involvement of the entities under investigation by the bureau in the tender for the reconstruction of Okhmatdyt after the Russian attack, but it is premature to talk about criminal proceedings over this particular fact. According to him, the NABU is currently studying the high-profile "two cases" of tenders and the reconstruction of Okhmatdyt and the construction of the National Military Cemetery, and is conducting information and analytical work.
"As for Okhmatdyt, we are currently investigating the involvement of those entities under NABU's investigation. Because there was a use of the fund's money there, so there is a certain specificity. Therefore, to say that we will now register a criminal proceeding on this particular fact is premature, as we are conducting relevant work, studying the involvement of the subjects under the jurisdiction of the NABU and the SAPO in these possible actions. And as far as I know, the tender has been canceled," Kryvonos said.
