Over the past day, 156 combat clashes were recorded, most of them in the Pokrovsky and Toretsky directions. The Defense Forces repel enemy attacks and strike at enemy positions.
156 battles took place on the front last day, more than half of them in the Pokrovsk and Toretsk directions, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported in the morning report on April 4, showing a map of hostilities for April 3, writes UNN.

Yesterday, the enemy launched one missile and 104 air strikes, using one missile and 193 guided aerial bombs. In addition, it carried out more than 5,600 shellings, 146 of which were from rocket salvo fire systems, and involved 2,203 kamikaze drones for destruction.
"Yesterday, aviation, missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces struck nine areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment, two UAV control points, two guns and a command and observation post of the enemy," the report says.
Situation by directions
Last day, four assaults took place in the Kharkiv direction, towards Kamyanka and in the area of Vovchansk.
In the Kupyansk direction, five attacks by the occupiers took place over the past day. The Defense Forces repelled the enemy's assault actions in the areas of the settlements of Zahryzove, Petropavlivka and in the direction of Nova Kruglyakivka.
In the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked 19 times, trying to advance near the settlements of Hrekivka, Nove, Katerynivka and towards Novomykhailivka, Torske, Zelena Dolyna.
In the Siversky direction, the enemy attacked in the areas of Verkhnokamyanske and towards Ivano-Daryivka and Vyimka. In total, four combat clashes took place over the past day.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the Defense Forces repelled one enemy assault towards Predtechyne.
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy carried out 29 attacks in the areas of Krymske, Dachne, Druzhba, Diliivka, Toretsk and Leonidivka.
In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders stopped 57 attacks by the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Novokalinove, Tarasivka, Yelyzavetivka, Zvirove, Udachne, Preobrazhenka, Sribne, Novoserhiivka, Nadiivka, Uspenivka, Andriivka and towards Romanivka, Oleksiivka, Vodyane Druge, Kotlyarivka and Oleksandropol.
In the Novopavlivka direction, the Defense Forces repelled nine enemy assaults in the directions of Rozliv and Kostiantynopol.
In the Hulyaypole direction, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions.
In the Orikhiv direction, in the areas of the settlements of Stepove, Mali Shcherbaky and Kamyanske, the invaders carried out eight futile attacks on the positions of our defenders.
Last day, in the Prydniprovsky direction, the enemy twice unsuccessfully tried to advance to the fortifications of our defenders.
In the Volyn and Polisky directions, no signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected.
"In the Kursk direction, 13 combat clashes took place over the past day. The enemy carried out 359 artillery shellings, four of them from rocket salvo fire systems; carried out 16 air strikes, dropping 28 guided aerial bombs," the report says.
