The Ministry of Health reminded us that the safest thing to do is to refuse to eat wild mushrooms. Eat those that are grown industrially.
If you suspect that you have been poisoned by mushrooms:
- Call 103 or 112 immediately.
- Rinse the stomach with clean water (drink 1-2 liters of warm boiled water; induce vomiting, repeat the procedure several times until clean water returns instead of stomach contents);
- Take sorbents (activated charcoal) and keep to bed rest.
The Ministry of Health urged not to consume alcohol or any food, as this can accelerate the absorption of toxins into the body.
