He said that at the beginning of the full-scale invasion and as a result of the occupation, the kindergarten building was significantly damaged. However, today the institution has been restored at the expense of the local budget and  it has finally accepted its students.

Kravchenko adds that kindergarten is designed for 75 children, 4 groups. Two groups are starting to work: for toddlers - 15 people and preschoolers - 20 people. All groups have separate rooms where children can study and play, a sleeping area, changing rooms and toilets.

Each Kapitoshka child has a separate individual wardrobe. The playrooms have all the necessary furniture, toys, books, exercise books, and sports equipment.

The kindergarten also has a spacious music hall, a canteen with modern technological equipment, and a methodological room.

We also took care of children's safety. For now, the institution will use the equipped shelter of the Kozarivtsi gymnasium. The shelter is located nearby, 40 meters from the kindergarten. During an air raid, children will be able to stay here in a separate area specially created for them

- The RMA chairman explains.

According to Kravchenko, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, 86 kindergartens in Kyiv region have been damaged or destroyed, but 71 have already been restored.

The reconstruction work continues. Despite the war, children should have the opportunity to receive a quality education, attend kindergartens and communicate with their peers. Restoration of educational institutions is an impetus for further recovery and development of communities
