The head of the RMA visited gymnasium No. 4 and two lyceums No. 2 and No. 7. Today, shelters are being built there. He emphasized that the money for these works was allocated from the regional budget.
I checked the progress of work at each site. I set the task that this year there should not be a single school in Kyiv region that works remotely. Children should study offline or in a mixed mode. And all safety measures must be taken
According to him, every contractor involved in the repair or construction of the shelter should speed up their work. However, everyone must comply with the main requirements: quality, meeting deadlines and transparent use of funds.
The head of the Kyiv RMA explains that each shelter in Vasylkiv's educational institutions is designed for 280 people. All modern radiation shelters will be dual-purpose.
In particular, here it is possible to organize places for children's clubs or sports sections. A sports ground will be set up on the roof of the shelter being built for Vasylkiv Lyceum No. 2.
The readiness of the facilities varies. I had a tough conversation with some contractors. I set a task for everyone to deliver everything on time. I am tired of hearing excuses. If you have made a commitment, fulfill it. If there are not enough employees, look for additional ones, work in two or three shifts. And do it efficiently. Because it is the safety of our children. There is no time for persuasion
He also emphasized that according to the plan, the shelter of Lyceum No. 2 should be completed by the beginning of the new school year. Other educational institutions will be completed in October-November.
