Kyiv came under attack by Russian drones; air defense is operating in the capital, the Kyiv City Military Administration and the city’s mayor Vitali Klitschko reported on Wednesday, according to UNN.

An air raid alert is in effect in Kyiv. Reports of explosions in the city are circulating online.
The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine warned Kyiv about a group of jet-powered UAVs.
"Air defense forces are working to eliminate the threat in the sky over Kyiv," the Kyiv City Military Administration noted.
"Air defense forces are operating against enemy UAVs in the capital. Remain in shelters!" Klitschko added on social media.
