This Saturday, April 20, the Istanbul and Greek parks will be opened for visitors in Odesa. This was reported by the head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, Oleh Kiper, UNN reports.
Today (April 16 - ed.), the opening of the Istanbul and Greek parks was approved. This became possible thanks to the protection of our soldiers. The parks have already been cleaned and are waiting for visitors
Also, starting this Saturday, another of Odesa's landmarks, the Potemkin Stairs, will be opened. However, traffic on Primorskaya Street is only allowed for vehicles, not pedestrians, Kiper said.
The head of the regional state administration urged residents and visitors to the region to be aware of the danger and respond to air raid warnings. Last year, one of the most beautiful locations in Odesa, Prymorskyi Boulevard, was opened to the public.
As a reminder, Odesa region is preparing to open safe beaches and give business a break. Recently, the head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, Oleh Kiper, together with the mayor of Odesa, Hennadiy Trukhanov, met with business representatives.
The government and business discussed a number of issues to facilitate business operations in the region, including the upcoming holiday season: opening beaches and providing services in the coastal zone. In this regard, the regional authorities proposed to ensure the operation of those beaches in Odesa where the seabed will be surveyed and cleaned of debris, as well as continuous monitoring of the water area for mine safety. In addition, the meeting discussed the possibility of extending the time of sale of alcoholic beverages by one hour - until 23.00.
