According to Iranian state media, the Iranian president stated that "American double standards and totalitarianism are the main obstacles to an agreement."
According to Tasnim news agency, Masoud Pezeshkian told Russian dictator Vladimir Putin that Iran is "fully prepared" to reach a "balanced and fair agreement."
"If the US adheres to the framework of international law, then an agreement is not far off," he said.
