In the city of Yahotyn, Kyiv region, a man opened fire from an apartment window and damaged a neighbor's car. This was reported by the Kyiv Region Police, according to UNN.
Details
The incident occurred on May 28 at approximately 3:16 p.m. in the Boryspil district. According to law enforcement officials, a woman reported to the police that her neighbor had fired a shotgun from the window of a high-rise building. No people were injured as a result of the shooting, but the applicant's car was damaged.
Officers from the Yahotyn police department arrived at the scene. Following urgent investigative actions, the man was detained in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
Investigators have initiated criminal proceedings under Part 4 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine regarding the fact of hooliganism involving the use of a weapon.
