The accident occurred late in the evening on December 13, around 23:00, on the Voronezh-Luhansk highway in the Kamensk district of the Voronezh region. According to the information, the bus was transporting military personnel who were injured during the war against Ukraine, and the URAL was moving oncoming traffic.
As a result of the head-on collision, both drivers were killed, one soldier from the bus was wounded, and two other soldiers who were in the URAL were injured. Another 46 Russian servicemen were injured with varying degrees of severity.
Information about the accident appeared in local public media, but officials have not yet commented on the incident.
