It is reported that the top propagandist of the Russian Federation, using the mass media and his own YouTube channel, systematically called for a violent change and overthrow of the constitutional order, changes in the borders of the territory of Ukraine, which led to serious consequences.
In addition, the propagandist repeatedly publicly called for waging an aggressive war against Ukraine and genocide of the Ukrainian people.
