Russian invaders are planning to sell apartments and houses seized from Ukrainians in the occupied territory of the Zaporizhzhia region. Priority will be given to imported mercenaries.

In the Zaporizhzhia region, Russian occupiers plan to sell apartments and houses through auctions, which they seized during the three years of the full-scale war. Preference in obtaining such housing will be given to mercenaries brought to the occupied territory who went to the so-called "SVO".
This was reported by the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration Ivan Fedorov, UNN reports.
Details
For three years, the Russians have been continuing to plunder the occupied territories of the Zaporizhzhia region. Initially, they adhered to a strategy in which they recognized movable and immovable property as "ownerless" and appropriated it.
Then they "nationalized" the stolen goods, making their strategy state-owned.
According to Fedorov, the invaders are now going even further and plan to sell the looted goods through auctions in order to make money on it.
Separately, there is a plan to transfer apartments and houses stolen from Ukrainians to imported "specialists" and mercenaries who went to the "SVO". Russia wants to oust disloyal Ukrainians from the temporarily occupied territories and replace them with loyal Putinists
