Russian troops are recruiting unemployed people in the occupied regions of Ukraine to join their army, taking advantage of the humanitarian crisis. The National Resistance Headquarters calls for reporting such cases of recruitment to help liberate the regions.
Russian occupiers, who caused a humanitarian crisis in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, offer the unemployed to join the ranks of terrorists. This is reported by the Center of National Resistance, according to UNN.

Russians need manpower for their tactics of meat assaults and offer Ukrainians who are registered as unemployed to join the ranks of the Russian Armed Forces, because the Kremlin knows that the death of Ukrainians will not cause a sociological effect in Russia
It is noted that the practice of recruiting the unemployed is recorded in the employment centers of the TOT in Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions, where hidden mobilization takes place.
