OSINT channels report that among the likely targets was the "Gidrostalconstruction" plant in Chekhov, Moscow region, which produces components for power plants and hydraulic engineering facilities. Also, according to preliminary data, warehouse premises caught fire in Koledino near Podolsk, indicates the Center for Strategic Communications.

The territory of the Chekhov Regenerative Plant is burning after a UAV attack in the Moscow region, records OSINT analysis ASTRA, noting that 800 meters away there is another plant - CJSC "Gidrostalconstruction" (Chekhov plant "Gidrostalconstruction"). According to the monitoring Telegram channel Exilenova+, "the drone fell/hit a pipe on the territory of the CJSC "Gidrostalconstruction" plant in Chekhov".

As recorded by OSINT analysis ASTRA, in Koledino after the attack, a warehouse of the logistics company 3PL is burning. Nearby is a Wildberries warehouse, which "is operating as normal," the company stated. On the morning of July 28, residents of Podolsk, Moscow region, reported explosions and a fire.

Over 390 drones were counted in the Moscow region overnight, "a large part was neutralized by air defense forces on the distant approaches," claims Moscow mayor sergei sobyanin.
