Fans of French side PSG and English side Arsenal engaged in a mass brawl in Budapest ahead of the football Champions League final. This was reported by Euronews, according to UNN.

The VII District Police Department of the BRFK (Budapest Metropolitan Police - ed.) has initiated criminal proceedings under the article "group hooliganism" against unidentified persons. The publication indicates that each club was allocated 17,000 tickets for the final match; however, according to Hungarian police, several tens of thousands more fans arrived in Budapest without tickets. Police reported that as early as Friday, tourists who arrived in the Hungarian capital committed several offenses.

Near one of the gates of the Champions Festival, two Portuguese nationals and one British citizen got into a fight. Police broke them up and took them to the station; a hooliganism case has been opened against them. Late in the evening in the VII district, a British citizen was detained after climbing onto the roof of a parked car and damaging the vehicle.
