Law enforcement officers in Kyiv region have launched an investigation into threats and beating of a man in Bila Tserkva. The police learned about the incident during monitoring of social networks, reports UNN.

Law enforcement officers discovered information about the incident during monitoring of social networks. Thus, in one of the local Telegram channels, a message was posted with a video recording containing unlawful actions of unknown individuals against a man sitting on a bench. At the same time, one of the participants in the incident independently recorded the illegal actions using a gadget

The incident was registered in the Unified Register of Statements and Reports of Criminal Offenses and Other Incidents of the Bila Tserkva District Police Department.
Currently, law enforcement officers are establishing the circumstances of the incident and the persons involved.
