High Anti-Corruption Court confiscates property of pro-Russian TV host Kot

The HACCU confiscated the property of Yuriy Kot, who cooperates with Russian media, into state ownership. The confiscated property includes land plots, weapons, a car, and rights to TV projects.

The High Anti-Corruption Court has ruled to satisfy the claim of the Ministry of Justice regarding the confiscation of property of former Ukrainian TV host Yuriy Kot.

On December 25, 2024, the High Anti-Corruption Court confiscated the property of pro-Russian TV host Yuriy Kot.

Yuriy Kot is known for his pro-Russian views and active cooperation with Russian media, where he systematically spreads anti-Ukrainian propaganda. He is also a member of the anti-Ukrainian organizations “Immortal Regiment of Ukraine” and “Committee for the Salvation of Ukraine”.

The TV presenter currently lives in Moscow.

According to the court's decision, the following assets of Kot are to be recovered for the state: four land plots in Zhytomyr region, three firearms, and a SKODA OCTAVIA ELEGANCE car. In addition, property rights to seven television projects are subject to confiscation

The court also ruled to recover 59% of the share in the authorized capital of Zolota Fishka LLC and money deposited in accounts with a commercial bank.
